Hey Tanya and Tommy! I hope you’re surprised! I had such a good time hanging out with you and your kids at Keeneland. You’re an amazing family, and I’ll look forward to staying in touch with you all. Thank you for inviting me into your lives!
Up until now, I’ve never been excited by the business cards I’ve used. Looking back, it’s probably because I’ve always tried to handle it all on my own. This year, I handed over my blogsite to the Serif Group and was blown away by the direction they took things. I love it. So now they’re helping me with all of my printed materials, too, starting with business cards. Whatcha think? Pretty cool, right?
I remember Ashley being an elementary-aged girl sitting with her family in the pew ahead of us at the church we all used to attend back in Mt. Sterling when I, too, was much, much younger. Getting to now go back to my hometown to photograph her and Daniel’s wedding has been so refreshing—and enlightening! I’ve been gone soooo long! They had a crazy-huge group of family and friends there, many of whom I haven’t seen in a good 12 years or so. Insane how time flies.
FYI? Pairing the First Christian Church with the Clay Community Center (OMG—gorgeous) was a perfect combination. If you’re planning a wedding in Mt. Sterling, I’d totally recommend these venues.
To Ashley and Daniel…You two were awesome. So laid back and in love. You’re an amazing couple, and I can’t wait to stay in touch with y’all!
