Katie surprised me a couple nights ago with this awesome birthday cake. I love my Nikon D3. I love cake. I love Brandi Romines and her cool Lexington cake business (Happy As A Lark Cakes). Put those three together, and you’ve got a pretty happy camper.
Check it out!
And the video!

Hey Jay! Not sure about the Tamron 180mm. I’ve never shot one. For a wedding macro lens, I prefer the 100mm focal length, because I can then use that same lens not just for detail shots, but also formals. It’s sharp edge-to-edge, so in large groups, even the folks at the edge of the frame will be equally sharp as those in the center. For wedding forums, try photo.net and opensourcephoto.net . Good luck!
