It means alot to me that Kelly and Darin hired me as the photographer for their son Jacob’s second birthday party. They had their house packed with friends and family. Jacob’s lucky to have so much love around him.
Brandi Romines at Happy As A Lark Cakes created an airplane cake for the party. I can assure you that this cake tasted just as awesome as it looked. Brandi is amazing.

We tried to get Jacob to sit with his parents for this shot, but as an independent 2-year-old, I guess he figured it was time to create some space. Ha!

what a great idea to hire a photographer for your kids birthday……as a mom, if you try to capture all the moments you end up not being in the photos nor do you enjoy the celebration. this would be such a relief not have to worry if you got a picture of the cake, etc.
